The following adult Sunday School classes are being held at 9am on Sunday mornings from March 15th - May 17th.
The Twelve: Understanding God and the Gospel through the Minor Prophets
Dave Robinson (Worship Center)
Often passed over at the end of the Old Testament, the Minor Prophets have a reputation for doom and gloom. But this is far from the truth. In these twelve mostly short books, God reveals himself to us and points us to the Gospel that has since been revealed in Jesus. Join this class to develop a deeper understanding of who God is and a fuller appreciation for His Gospel for us.

Knowing God, Living the Truth: Narrowing the Gap Between What We Believe and How We Live
Blake Gerber (Room 101A)
We all yearn for a life of joy, one that is strong enough to withstand the storms and dynamic enough to influence others for the kingdom. Nothing impacts this more than what we know about God (our theology) and how that knowledge affects our daily lives and interactions. This class will introduce the core doctrines of God, His Character, His Work and His Word, connecting them to life in a way that brings hope and motivation to live out what we affirm to be true.

Personal Identity and the Storyline of Scripture - Womenâs Class
Kim Anderson (Room 101C)
In our culture identity is a prevalent concept. We will spend a little time looking at the questions: What is identity? What shapes our identity? and How does our culture view identity? Then we will look at how each stage of the storyline of Scripture shapes our personal identity. Creation, Fall, Redemption, Sanctification, and Glorification all tell us profound truths about who we are because of what God has done for us. We will look at implications for how we should think about God, ourselves, and others based on the true identity which God has given us. Understanding who we are should affect how we live.
