Needing to reserve a room at church? We love having our building used for ministry, fellowship, and community gatherings! To help us schedule spaces well, we have two types of reservation forms. If you are requesting the building for a personal event or a non-ministry gathering, please use the General Reservation. If you are a care group leader, ministry leader, or staff member requesting space for an official ministry event, please use the Ministry Reservation. In both cases, please allow up to three business days for review.
For personal or general-use events (one-time or recurring) Requests must be submitted by an adult (18+).
For care groups, ministry teams, and BCC staff planning ministry-related events.
For general and ministry related events at the Congerville facility.
